Consultative counselling is being organised with aspirant’s parents/ care takers/ village leaders before admission/ during training/ pre placement that helps aspirants and their parents in making informed decision making in every phase of skilling process.
Employer Specific Batch Launch
Employer involvement in training activities; employer are encouraged to provide guest lectures and aspirants are exposed to more field visits to job site. This helps in motivating aspirants, and helps in breaking psychological barrier and hesitation among aspirants.
